Equipment

Bronwyn uses professional body contouring equipment covering all the modalities in the BAQ method.

She does not publicly share the makes and models, and that is deliberate. She has been advised not to for insurance and business reasons. She is completely comfortable explaining what the technology is, what she uses it for, and what to expect from it.

What she looked for when choosing it: control. She does not treat every woman the same way, so she needs to adjust intensity, treatment time, and the emphasis on one modality over another based on the tissue in front of her. She also looked for consistency and reliability, so she is not guessing from appointment to appointment.

On cheaper places. She will not say another studio has bad equipment just because their treatments cost less. She does not know what they are using, and there are good and bad devices at every price point. There is a real range in body contouring equipment, from inexpensive consumer devices sold online to professional systems built for treatment settings, and the differences can include component quality, consistency of energy delivery, adjustability, durability, safety features, and how precisely a practitioner can control a treatment.

But the machine is not the point.

"You could put the exact same piece of equipment in two different rooms and get two completely different experiences. When someone comes to BAQ, you're not paying for access to a machine. You're paying for professional equipment plus the assessment, the customization, the sequencing, the hands-on work, and the decisions I'm making throughout the entire session."

Bronwyn helped calm my nerves about the treatment, taking time to explain the process and what to expect. She is not only knowledgeable and dedicated, but friendly and kind! I highly recommend.
