Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
BAQ Body Sculpting is a solo practice in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website only. Information you give Bronwyn as a client is covered separately by the intake and consent forms you sign in the studio.
What this site collects
The contact form. If you send a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write. It is emailed to Bronwyn and stored on this website's server so the message is not lost if the email fails.
The assistant. This site has an assistant named Bea in the corner of every page. If you talk or type to her, the conversation is recorded and stored, including anything you tell her about yourself. If Bea cannot answer something, she may send that conversation to Bronwyn by email, along with your name and contact information if you gave them to her. If you would rather not have a conversation stored, do not use Bea. Call the studio at 920-450-0210 instead.
Automatic information. Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser, the pages you view, and when. This is standard server logging.
What we use it for
To answer your questions, to schedule and provide treatment, and to run the website. Nothing else.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Who else is involved
A few outside services make this site work, and each has its own privacy policy.
Vagaro handles booking and payment. When you click to book, you leave this site and go to Vagaro. Anything you enter there is governed by their policy, not this one.
ElevenLabs provides the technology behind Bea. Conversations pass through their systems.
Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from spam. Google collects information about your visit in order to tell whether you are a person.
SendGrid delivers email from this site.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work. Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies to do its job. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
How long we keep things
Contact form messages and Bea conversations are kept as long as they are useful for answering you and improving the service, and then deleted. Client records are kept as required for a health and beauty practice in Wisconsin.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bronwyn@baqbodysculpting.com or call 920-450-0210. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
If you do not want to use the contact form or Bea, call the studio.
Photographs
BAQ takes before and after photographs only with written consent, and clients choose the level of use they are comfortable with, including keeping images entirely private. No photograph is published without permission.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
